Best weapons in game are the ones without inscriptions (looks wise) imo. |

I guess it'd be OK for items after the update, but you can't mess with previous ones or you risk screwing up the really old rare ones... but if they could somehow exclude the 15% always no penalty ones, then they should do it for pre-update too. Shouldn't mess up the economy too bad...
